My wireless keyboard and new iPad cover came in the post yesterday making it so much easier to post my blog’s now.
Right this week so far …..
After my my big weight loss this weekend I went shopping Saturday and Sunday getting ready for my week head on plan since the weather has been so hot I haven’t really been wanting to cook or eat anything hot my lunch’s have either been sandwiches or the odd salad.
So far this week….
So far this week I have been really good sticking to plan preparing my breakfast , lunch’s for work the night before and i am still making up my syn bags to take to work with me they been so much easier helping me stay on plan instead of filling my bag with a load of rubbish not counting my syn’s and setting my self up for a gain.
The sort of things I put in my syn bag’s are my type of favourite thing’s but either lower syn value or nice treats with a low syn value here a list of my typical syn bag
Hartley’s no added sugar jelly 0.5 syn’s
Snaps crisp’s 3.5 syn’s
Meringue 2.5 syn’s
Flump marshmallow 2 syn’s
Taking my syn bag up to 8.5 syn’s my tip is to either tip them into my syn bag loose or cut the marshmallow flump into smaller bits so it seems like I’m having more syn’s then I am keeping me on track and sometimes even using less syn’s then what I would do just grabbing something.
I have started to get some more body magic in by walking my dog more and not leave it to my partner to walk him so much, it’s been so nice now it’s lighter in the evening’s and warmer, I’m starting to add some more steps on my Fitbit day by day.
